My crossfit journey started many years ago.
After knowing about it for some time, I finally took the plunge and went along to the original home of CFC, a small garage gym in Cronulla.
I was challenged. I was broken. I was hooked.
Fast forward 6 years, and I am now the proud owner of CrossFit Hurstville.
To get to this point, has not been an easy task.
There have been many ups, and just as many downs.
It took an epic fail in a previous business, a roller coaster of a partnership, hard work, doubt, passion, determination, and much more, to arrive at this destination.
Fortunately, it has taught me a lot.
About people, about myself, about business, about balance, and about the importance of having good people in your life.
In 2018, the fitness space is a crowded one.
I do not blame people for seeing ads or walking past a facility and thinking…. “It’s just another gym”.
At CrossFit Hurstville, we have created much more than that, and I am immensely PROUD of what we stand for.
At CrossFit Hurstville we have some core values.
They are HARD WORK, CONSISTENCY, and RESPECT.
Without these three things, everything else does not matter.
Although on the outside we may be perceived as “Just another gym”, within our 4 walls, there is a lot more going on than meets the eye.
We are a source of EDUCATION for our members.
We provide a thriving COMMUNITY where people form long lasting relationships and are supported.
We are a stimulus for GROWTH, in what you know, what you do, and what you see.
One of the best things about knowing what you stand for, and being clear on your vision, is sharing it with people.
Our mission is to help as many people as we can to live healthy lives.
Anyone can go to a gym.
While it may, it is not necessarily going to make you healthy.
While it may, it is not necessarily going to make you happy.
Being part of a thriving community where you are educated, supported, and stimulated to grow, physically, mentally, and emotionally, I BELIEVE, will make you HEALTHY and HAPPY.
