CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program aimed at developing all components of fitness including strength, power, speed, agility, cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility. This is achieved through combining a heathy diet with a mixture of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting, in a fun and supportive environment.

Today there are over 13,000 CrossFit affiliates world wide, providing a functional fitness program to hundreds of thousands of people all over the globe, from children and adolescents to senior citizens.
