What has contributed to your success in the last month? A lot of running in the WODs and taking the coach out for a beer . Nah I guess being consistent, setting achievable short term goals and motivation and feedback from coaches and others within the gym! Working on my mobility has also been a big one for me.

It has definitely been a fun and challenging environment to train in. The coaches are great at teaching good technique and helping you work through your weaknesses to get the best out of yourself! Everyone motivates each other and there is always time for banter and a good laugh which is important!
