What motivates you to get to the gym everyday?
A combination of enjoying the workouts and the post-workout ‘bounce’, a passionate dislike of moving backwards, and habit.
What are your current training goals?
I always have a lot of fairly specific goals. My overarching winter goal is strength gain. More specifically I am also pushing on the strict gymnastic components of the current program, and starting to work on cracking double unders.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement?
Anything on rings + rowing for cardio
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement?
Thrusters, box jumps, running (in that order)
What has contributed to your success in the last month?
Lots of good, encouraging moments with the regulars and coaches in my 6:15am classes
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?
A great variety of classes that are put together with real thoughtfulness that I have not experienced at some other gyms. And an awesome culture among both coaches and trainees.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
