What motivates you to get to the gym everyday?
I find that a workout early in the morning prepares me and energises me for the day. It’s become a big part of my routine since joining CFH and I’ve noticed hugely positive increases in my energy and mood.
What are your current training goals?
Trying to progress to handstand push-ups and improving my kip.

Snatch / Overhead Squats
What has contributed to your success in the last month?
Consistency and discipline is something that I’ve focused a lot on. I notice that when I’m consistent and diligent in my training, other aspects of my life improve too. I have more patience with my two boys at home and more energy to keep up with them!
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?
Joining CFH has been one of the best lifestyle choices I’ve made. I stepped away from exercise a lot after giving up footy at 27. Since then, I focused on raising my family and consequently watched my belly expand and my fitness drop. The culture of the gym and the excellent coaching has given me back my fitness and I’m always looking forward to getting into the next workout.
