What motivates you to get to the gym everyday?
I know anytime I walk into the gym there will always be people and coaches around who make every session enjoyable. I have never walked out of the gym not feeling 10x better than when I came in.
What are your current training goals?
Strict Pull Ups, Double Unders and Improve Overhead Mobility
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement?
Power Cleans
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement?
Anything involving the bike and overhead squats
What has contributed to your success in the last month?
Definitely a shift in my mindset, I have a lot more drive to get stronger and fitter as well as learn new movements. I really started to push myself more to see what I was capable of. The encouragement from coaches and my friends here have made me feel more and more confident everyday and their continued support is a major reason why I feel I have been able to progress within the gym.
