What motivates you to get to the gym everyday?

I know anytime I walk into the gym there will always be people and coaches around who make every session enjoyable. I have never walked out of the gym not feeling 10x better than when I came in.

What are your current training goals?

Strict Pull Ups, Double Unders and Improve Overhead Mobility

Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement?

Power Cleans

Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement?

Anything involving the bike and overhead squats

What has contributed to your success in the last month? 

Definitely a shift in my mindset, I have a lot more drive to get stronger and fitter as well as learn new movements. I really started to push myself more to see what I was capable of. The encouragement from coaches and my friends here have made me feel more and more confident everyday and their continued support is a major reason why I feel I have been able to progress within the gym.

In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?

CFH has been such an amazing addition into my life for the past year, training here has never felt like a chore and coming in is always my favourite part of my day no matter the workout. The community here are so passionate about your success and there will always be someone pushing and cheering you on. The coaches have been so informative and motivating and have given me so much confidence within the gym. I’m really grateful to CFH not only has it transformed my life physically but it has had a huge positive impact on me mentally, joining here was the best decision I made and I only wish I had done it sooner. It’s a great gym and the people are even better, I’m so happy to be apart of a community like it.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
