How long you have been a member at CrossFit Hurstville? 1 Year
What motivates you to get to the gym everyday? Just the atmosphere and vibe around the gym at CFH is unreal, and unlike any other gym I’ve been too. It’s a group of amazing like minded individuals that’s want to come in and inspire each other to do their best.
What are your current training goals? To be consistent with my strength training, and do one running session a week. So I can hopefully be cleared to play sport again.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? Squat or anything that’s a partner workout (get to share the pain with a friend)
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Double unders- still a skill I’m learning and practicing
What has contributed to your success in the last month? The strength program we just finished – feel so much more confident stacking the weight on my bar.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? When I joined a year ago I didn’t realise how much of an impact it would have on my life. It’s safe to say after multiple knee surgeries this is the strongest, happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been. The crew at CFH pushed me to limits i never thought I’d get to, and motivated me to find my feet again.
Sometimes things don’t turn out how you plan and it works out for the better. There might not be a footy involved anymore but hey I can lift a 45kg concrete ball and squat 100kgs.
You won’t regret becoming part of the CFH family that’s for sure.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
