What motivates you to get to the gym everyday?
The fact that I continue to see results in my fitness. My strength is growing and my confidence in the gym grows everyday as well which is so motivating for me.
What are your current training goals?
More confidence in lifting, unassisted pull-ups.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement?
Power cleans and GHD sit ups

What has contributed to your success in the last month?
During lockdown, the gym has been the one place I can get away from the house and work to socialise and get my mind off things. The program has been consistent and I have really been seeing some results in my strength and fitness lately and that motivates me to strive for more.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?
Before joining CrossFit I was working out at home and it got really un-motivating and boring, one of my best friends already trained at CrossFit and she encouraged me to try it out. I was really intimidated when I first walked into the gym but seeing the way everyone is so encouraging and supportive so matter what your ability, is the best thing CrossFit could offer. Each class the coaches spend time with everyone individually and are always happy to assist with anything. The community is so friendly and it’s definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made this year!!
