How long you have been a member at CrossFit Hurstville? 2.5 Years
What motivates you to get to the gym everyday? There are a few reasons… 1) Improving my functional movement has been a big focus since moving to crossfit from a regular gym. 2) Starting the day off on the right foot leads to completing more tasks throughout the day. 3) Always striving to improve myself is my main motivator.
What are your current training goals? Improving mobility is definitely my main goal at the minute as this will help me across all aspects of crossfit.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? Love me a hand stand push up!
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Pistol squats for sure
What has contributed to your success in the last month? Coming out of covid restrictions and being able to socialise and train with people who are equally as motivated to improve all aspects of their health.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? I had worked in gyms on and off for 10years and I have never experienced such a great connection/environment with a bunch of people who I genuinely call my best mates! Not everyone can say they love getting up at 4.40am every weekday but I do! just knowing who I’m going to be seeing when I get to the gym and the quality training/coaching we get in day in and day out is an amazing feeling.
