GROUP BASED

CrossFit

CrossFit is 60 minutes of strength and conditioning at it’s finest. Classes are spread across 6 days of the week and workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!

ONE-ON-ONE

PERSONAL TRAINING

Ramp up your progress with an personalised program and a coach who is invested in helping you achieve your goals. We offer sole Personal Training Memberships, or it can be additional to your group training weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

GROUP BASED

CrossFit TEEN & Kids

CrossFit Teens/Kids are 60 minutes of fitness designed specifically for their respective age groups of either 5-11 for kids and 12-17 for Teens. With the focus on having fun, improving quality of movement, and providing our Kids/Teens a portion of their required physical activity in a fun and engaging environment.

GROUP BASED

Small Group Training

For a fraction of the price of 1:1 Personal Training we run small group training in a series off sessions depending on the needs and goals on the group, primarily to focus specifically on skill development and progress. Groups can be between 2 – 6 people and can focus on a wide range of movements ie. Fundamental Movements, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Strongman. These are similar to our Skill Workshops but catered to a much smaller group of people and are super effective.

Stop dieting and restricting yourself and start focusing on healthy habits with a proven personalized plan. CrossFit Hurstville’s nutrition is founded in creating real change, education, and world-class coaching.

Individual & Group

Recovery

This is an optional add on to all members to provide access to our recovery methods – The CFH Ice Bath and the CFH Infra Red Sauna.
