A supervised but non-coached class. This is a time for members to use the gym as they please. They can catch up on a workout, do their individual program, work on weaknesses or accessories, practice for competition, stretch, or even just hang out.
A strength and conditioning program which includes various forms of weightlifting, gymnastics, running, jumping, skipping, rowing and on the odd occasion even swimming, all with structure and purpose and aimed at getting you fitter, faster and stronger.
Our regular CrossFit program. There is no formal creche or child minding service provided but children are welcome. Seating and toys are provided.
Workshops focussing on specific skills in CrossFit. It changes week to week and generally rotates between Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Running.
A class designed specifically for children aged 5-11, with the focus on having FUN, improving quality of movement, and providing young boys and girls a portion of their required physical activity in a fun and engaging environment.
A class designed specifically for teenagers, with a big focus on body weight training and having FUN. Our program is designed for teenagers and their specific developmental needs. Highly recommended for teenagers who want to get fitter and stronger for their sport, or who want help getting into good shape and feeling healthy and happy.
A class specifically designed for youth athletes, with a focus on developing basic movement foundations and strength, in a controlled and supervised environment.
A program we integrate into school sport aimed at giving young boys and girls an opportunity in school time to have fun, get fit, and learn some cool stuff.
