CrossFit Kids is 30 minutes of fitness designed specifically for children aged 5-11 with the focus on having FUN, improving quality of movement, and providing young boys and girls a portion of their required physical activity in a fun and engaging environment. Classes are on Tuesday afternoons.
Our New Youth Development Program is designed for younger teenagers, and older teenagers who are new to CFH. It is an on-boarding program for our CrossFit Teens Program and involves 60 minutes of strength and conditioning designed specifically for adolescents and their developmental needs. We teach them fundamental movement patterns and skills and ensure they can control their bodies and lift weights safely before graduating into our CrossFit Teens Program. Classes are Wednesday afternoons.
CrossFit Teens is 60 minutes of strength and conditioning designed specifically for adolescents and their developmental needs. We provide a friendly and supportive environment and expert coaching to ensure our teenagers learn how to lift weights safely and move their body effectively. Classes are on Monday and Friday afternoons.
CrossFit is 60 minutes of strength and conditioning at it’s finest. Classes spread across 6 days of the week and workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
At CFH we also provide Personal Training. Ramp up your progress with an individualised program and a coach who is invested in helping you achieve your goals. PT can be accessed as an Intro Pack to onboard for our group classes, individual sessions to refine skills, purchased as a 10 pack to focus on certain goals, or included in our Premium and Platinum Membership Options for ongoing PT and enhanced progress.
At CFH we have monthly skills workshops which are designed specifically to assist individuals in the development of strength and skills for specific movements. The classes are capped and often have numerous coaches on the floor assisting the class. In 2021 we have had Double Unders, Kipping, Handstand Push Up and Rope Climb workshops and there are many more to come.
RomWod Mobility Classes
Improve your mobility, increase your athletic performance and speed up your recovery with our ROMWod program. These carefully designed sessions or part sessions will help you stay swell and flex so you can perform at your peak.
Self led classes with a roaming coach on the floor. If you haven’t made it to a class, make up the time at an Open Gym session. Work on your weaknesses, supplement your training routine and keep your strength and fitness goals on track. Upstairs is accessible for Open Gym while classes are on downstairs.
Take your fitness to the next level by getting a 4 week Individual Program designed for you, by one of our expert coaches. Tailored specific to your needs, this will fast forward your progress and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Health and Fitness Challenge
Set goals and stay accountable with our Annual Health and Fitness Challenge, an inclusive program that takes place towards the end of the year at CFH. We’ll give you all the motivation, information and inspiration you need to improve your health and fitness!
In House Competition’s
Put your training to the test with some friendly competition. Our annual In House Comp has a range of categories so you can enter no matter how long you have been a member for. Set yourself some goals and go for glory!
