What motivates you to get to the gym everyday?
At the moment there is a lot I cant control but getting up, going to gym and working out I can control. The fitter I am, the more energy I have for the day.
What are your current training goals?
My Training goals is to get a 10.5 on the beep test and an unassisted pull up.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement?
I love deadlifts
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement?
Box jumps for sure, especially after missing the box a few times lol
What has contributed to your success in the last month?
The last month I have made sure that I turn up and train especially on the days I am not motivated or don’t feel like it. Also been able to train at the gym I am lucky I live within the 5km.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?
Ever since my very first trial class the coaches and other members have made my Hurstville Crossfit experience so amazing. I work frontline in the NSW Police and the past few months have been the most challenging I have ever experienced but being able to train at the gym and improve my fitness during these times I will be forever grateful. A massive thank you to my PT Alvi, each week always bringing the positive vibes and pushing me. I cant wait for us all to be back in gym together : )
