What motivates you to get to the gym everyday? The amazing group of friends that I train with everyday and how much I have noticed my strength and fitness improve since starting CrossFit. I genuinely look forward to and love training at the gym!
What are your current training goals? To get as fit and strong as I possible can and feel good both mentally and physically.
Favourite Exercise/Crossfit movement? Squats, deadlifts and double unders.
Least favourite exercise/Crossfit movement? Burpee box jumps and overhead movements, probably because I am not good at them.
What has contributed to your success in the last month? I am not overthinking my training and jumping too far ahead, I just come in each day and try to improve on the last.
In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience?
Crossfit Hurstville is by far the best gym I have been to! The coaches are amazing and supportive and they genuinely care and want to help. You can see that so much thought goes into the programming, each day is so different. The people who train there are the best, we have so much fun everyday and I honestly can’t wait to get to the gym, they are so motivating and inspiring.
