How did you come across CrossFit & how long have you been CrossFitting? I was training at a normal gym which incorporated some Functional Fitness/CrossFit styled workouts which sparked my curiosity. I have been doing straight CrossFit for five months.

What do you like most about CrossFit?  I love that every session is different and that there are multiple benchmark WODs that help track your progression

Favourite Exercise / CrossFit Movement? Bar Muscle Ups…Only because I can do them now 🙂

Least favourite Exercise / CrossFit Movement? Snatch

Biggest achievement in CrossFit to date? Doing multiple Bar Muscle Ups in a row!

What has contributed to your success in the last month?  Consistency has been the key. Despite the odd setback/frustrating session, grinding through the month has definitely increased my progression tenfold + awesome coaches and members to keep the momentum up!

In 50 words or less describe your CrossFit Hurstville Experience? From the first day stepping into the box, I have had a blast. Both the members and coaches are awesome, making it easy to keep training away whilst hitting my goals. No better feeling than crossing out a goal on the goal board!
